The Carolina Forest Business Group was created on September 4, 2023 and was created by a retired Orange County, Florida Firefighter of 25 years. March 19, 1990 – March 2, 2015. In November 2015 my family moved from Deland, Florida to Richmond, Kentucky and lived in a nice gated Golf Club Community overlooking the Kentucky River. We then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and lived there for 6 months prior to building a home in Lebanon, Ohio. We were there for 4 years. We then moved to Myrtle Beach in February 2021 and had a house built in the Parks at Carolina Forest. After living in the Parks for a short time, my friend and neighbor asked me if I wanted to be a moderator in the neighborhood Facebook Group, I had no idea what I was doing, but he said it would be easy. After 2 weeks, my friends quit the moderator position and the admin also quit, making me the admin and I had to learn really fast. So, I was the admin for about 2 years and then I stepped down. I then created the Carolina Forest Business Group that has grown to over 4,000 members. I am now the admin for over 50 Facebook groups around the Country.

I met Debbie Pimental on February 4, 2024 and she asked me on our first date if she could find a plumber on my Facebook group. I only had about 200 memnbers so I told Debbie not unless a plumber had joined and posted that day. So, I said to myself, why don’t I create a website so that people of Myrtle Beach can find a plumber or any other home services. So, on February 5, 2024 the Carolina Forest Business Group website was created!
